Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation online for a full refund to your original payment method or a Miami Day credit to use another time. Reservations can be canceled online up to the following hours:
Boat rentals can be canceled three days before the day of your reservation. Jet-ski rentals can be canceled three days before the date of your reservation. Spa Passes can be canceled by 10:00 am EST the day before your reservation date.
